Job Description Helping Hands Holland Park is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. You will koing This is a permanent, part-time role (34 hours per week) working across split shifts, Monday to Friday, including 4 hours of dedicated non‑contact administrative time to support your success. Service hours include: Rise Then Shine: 6:30am – 9:00am Stay and Play: 2:30pm – 6:00pm School Holidays: Block shifts between 6:30am – 6:00pm About your new role As a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. Your service has a Service Manager onsite , so you will be continually supported and guided throughout your journey as a Coordinator. This role is all about leadership: Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts. Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive.
